Endoprosthetics

The shape of implants is round and anatomical. Anatomical ones are suitable for thin girls with a small layer of fat. For girls with a thin build, such an implant will look natural, and the edges of the implant will not be contoured. Preparation and performance of the operation

During the consultation, the plastic surgeon and the patient discuss the length and extent of the incisions for installation. The final decision depends on the volume, type of implant, and individual anatomical features of the patient.

Anesthesia is required for endoprosthetics with implants. Duration is 2-3 hours.
The surgeon makes incisions along the marking lines.
An implant and active drainage are placed to remove fluid.

Absorbable sutures are used for stitching. The surgical site is sealed with a sterile bandage, fixing tapes are applied, and compression garments are put on.

Bruising and swelling may last 3-4 weeks, depending on the anatomical features of the patient. Sutures are removed 10-14 days after surgery.

Correction of nipple shape and areola size

Nipple correction is carried out in 2 cases:

With an inverted nipple.
With nipple hypertrophy.

Changes in the size of the areolas usually occur after childbirth and breastfeeding. Areola reduction is usually performed as part of a breast lift and/or reduction, but can also be performed as an independent procedure.

The purpose of the areola correction operation is to reduce the diameter of the areola to an acceptable size, symmetrize them and give the areola a rounded shape. The operation is performed on an outpatient basis. If the areola reduction was performed under local anesthesia, you can go home 1-2 hours after the operation, if under general anesthesia – after 4-6 hours.

Rehabilitation

Wearing special underwear after mammoplasty is a mandatory measure , which should be observed around the clock for 4 weeks, then another 2, removing underwear only at night. Also, for the first 4 weeks, physical activity must be avoided, driving is not allowed, and you cannot raise your arms above your head so that the implant does not move.

In the first weeks after mammoplasty, you can only sleep on your back. Regularly treat the skin of the breast with special creams and lotions to avoid stretch marks after breast augmentation.
